Revenue Cycle Associate Partner

A company is looking for an Associate Partner, Revenue Cycle, Financial Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of client engagements within the Revenue Cycle Practice, managing engagement teams and overseeing analysis and deliverables

Apply thought leadership to generate actionable insights and develop frameworks for client improvement

Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, leveraging healthcare knowledge to address issues beyond specific engagements

Required Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience working with healthcare providers, including 2+ years in a management role

5+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience in Epic implementation and transformation

Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)

Epic certifications preferred

Strong personal brand and intellectual capability to provide distinctive consultation to clients
