Project Coordinator Journeyman / SME

Description of specific Duties in a typical workday for this position :

• Plan and coordinate the activities and efforts of IPTs (weekly) consisting of engineering, logistics, contracting, financial and support personnel in project execution.
• Develop metrics to track achievement of project goals in conjunction with the government team.
• Participate in project meetings, conferences, reviews and test and integration events (weekly) in collaboration with the government team.
• Monitor performance, evaluate performance against goals, and make recommendations to the government team regarding issues affecting project execution consistent with project cost, schedule and performance and contract requirements.
• Recommend ways to control and improve developer / prime contractor performance and maximize program technical, schedule and cost performance during contract execution to the Government team. (weekly).
• Utilize Microsoft Project to facilitate / execute Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development with program stakeholders in accordance with applicable policy and regulations.
• Will attend weekly meetings (some daily) in order to keep current on schedule changes or updates as required.
• Organize sponsored and endorsed meetings, shows and exhibits by developing presentations and attending and reporting on selected briefings and demonstrations of organizational interest.
• Establish processes and procedures to facilitate program management and administration.

Required Skills :
