Product Management Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Management & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers while fostering a collaborative product culture

Establish frameworks for product discovery, backlog management, and deployment

Drive the end-to-end product development process and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product management, including 2 years in a leadership role

Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and knowledge of reimbursement methodologies

Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
