Key Responsibilities of Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

Build and refine demand forecasts using sales data and trend analysis

Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and overseas shipments

Improve service levels while reducing excess inventory

Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvements

Communicate planning updates and risks across departments

Qualifications of Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

5+ years in supply chain planning or demand forecasting

Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP); ERP experience a plus

Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
