Job descriptionDiagnose and repair HVAC systems on school buses and other fleet vehicles Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of climate control systems Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Work closely with fleet maintenance supervisors and mechanics Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed Proven experience as an automotive HVAC technician (school bus experience preferred) Certification in HVAC systems or equivalent field training Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Competitive hourly pay ($27$35 based on experience) Opportunity for overtime Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Steady, year-round work
