About the Role
As a Client Solutions Engineer on our Product Team, you will articulate and showcase the value of our product offerings from pre‑sales through post‑implementation support. This role is a perfect fit for a technically‑minded problem solver with a deep understanding of software development and a passion for client engagement. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet our partners’ technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Partnerships team to assist with new business opportunities, develop proofs of concept (POCs), and prepare technical sales material.
- Design and implement optimal solutions that provide the ideal customer experience while enabling opportunities for growth.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Integration & Support
Develop an in‑depth understanding of Cover Genius’ product technology and underlying architectures.Support multiple partner engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful integrations through effective stakeholder management.Identify, troubleshoot, reproduce, and determine the root cause of issues that may arise with partner integrations.Growth & Process Improvement
Use tools like SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Data Studio to identify and present actionable business growth opportunities to partners.Identify opportunities for improving processes and implement changes through automation to optimize client engagements.What You’ll Bring
5+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.5+ years of experience with web technologies like HTTP, HTML, and JSON.5+ years of customer‑facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or a related function.Strong strategic, analytical, and tactical skills, with a proven ability to execute on a plan individually and with a team.Experience managing technically complex products in a B2B technology environment.Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is also desirable.Why Cover Genius?

Annual base salary range $140,000 - $175,000.
