School-Based ABA (BCBA or LBS)
Areas : Lower Bucks County (priority), Center City Philadelphia, Delaware CountySchedule : Monday–Friday, during school hoursRate : Up to $80 / hour (flat rate for all hours worked)IBHS ABA (BCBA only)

School-Based ABA
Oversee ABA treatment plans in school settingsSupervise and mentor behavior technicians and RBTsConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and VB-MAPP evaluationsParticipate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and familiesIBHS ABA
Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapyConduct assessments and create treatment plans aligned with IBHS guidelinesSupervise BHTs and collaborate with families and support teamsMaintain documentation in compliance with IBHS regulationsActive BCBA or LBS pursuing BCBA (supervision provided!)Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field1+ years of ABA therapy experience, including treatment planning and staff trainingSchool-based ABA experience (required for LBS roles)Familiarity with autism services, functional behavior assessment, and data-driven treatmentReliable transportation (for community-based roles)Current clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal)Apply Now
