Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00PM

Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 / hourly Depending on Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Operations Records Specialist to join our team. This role supports all areas of loan operations, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and providing exceptional service to members and internal teams.

What You'll Do : With a dedication to a member centric approach

• Support all facets of loan operations, including processing consumer loans, records management, insurance, and tax information.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking regulations, including HMDA and the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Handle and process all loan documentation, including imaging, temporary lien filings, and collateral management.
• Answer member and employee inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance and support.
