Job description2-3 years working experience with the CrowdStrike product 2-5 years working experience with McAfee suite of products (Application Control, ePO, ENS, DLP) Familiar with hands-on experience of ePO configuration, policies, DAT, Exclusions, OAS & ODS, system tree, queries Able to multi-task and work well under pressure Team-player and have experienced leading the technical aspects of a project 2 - 5 years 2nd level support or higher of Desktop break / fix 1 - 3 years engineering experience Good written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of Active Directory Knowledge of BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper Familiarity of ITIL and ITSM (Remedy) SQL Database experience Server Support experience Automation skills to reduce manual activities Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment Proven ability to work independently, multitask and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator Detail oriented and organized Pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, results driven with attention to detail Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Motivation to achieve results and the ability to quickly integrate into teams Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and draw and defend results and conclusions Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment Ability to balance a significant workload, prioritize and multitask Access to hundreds of clients, most who have been working with Genesis10 for 5-20+ years. Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Security Specialist with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for actively supporting the health and welfare for CrowdStrike (implementation of policies, blocks and exclusions)
- Responsible for supporting McAfee; ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Endpoint Security (ENS), Application Control(whitelisting), Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe)
- Provide support for health and wellness (monitoring, implementation of policies, implementation of exclusions / tasks, and new product version upgrades)
- Support the Infrastructures for (BitLocker and Cyber Gatekeeper) and will be the daily responsibility of the candidate as well
- Interface with various Engineering teams, Vendors, Product Managers and Support teams to resolve complex issues, perform upgrades and provide project support
