As part of the Actian and HCL Software family, Zeenea France, headquartered in Paris, is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead and inspire our engineering organization in building world-class data intelligence solutions that make complex data simple, trusted, and accessible.

In this executive role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical vision, driving engineering excellence, and ensuring seamless alignment between product strategy and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across product, design, and architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions powering Zeenea's global data platform.

You will join a dynamic, high-growth environment, where your leadership will directly influence team performance, product quality, and the overall engineering culture. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will guide teams in adopting modern architectures, best practices, and efficient development processes to accelerate delivery, foster innovation, and uphold Actian's commitment to engineering excellence.

Responsibilities - Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define and execute the engineering vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives and product roadmaps.
• Partner with the CPTO and Product leaders to drive the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality, and secure solutions.
• Oversee the technical strategy for AI, connectivity, and cloud operations, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead transformation initiatives that evolve engineering processes, tools, and culture to meet global scale demands.
