The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Communications and Lacrosse Operations Coordinator / Videographer in Rochester, NY. The role supports the team’s public relations, media outreach, and digital content efforts while assisting in the day-to-day operations of the lacrosse program. This position serves as a key link between the communications department, lacrosse operations staff, players, coaches, and external partners, ensuring that all public-facing and operational initiatives are executed with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 USD. Our team offers a balanced mix of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary programs, health savings and flexible spending accounts, and retirement. Full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits and paid leave programs.
