Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled CNC / Plasma Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience operating CNC and plasma cutting machinery, with a strong understanding of machine setup, data input, and basic troubleshooting. This role is essential to maintaining production efficiency and product quality.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC and plasma cutting machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
• Load and input job data into machines using appropriate software or control systems.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with mechanical problem-solving to minimize downtime.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
