Job Description

As a Security Officer - Armed Retail Patrol - Full Time in Austin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and fostering a welcoming environment at a bustling retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding swiftly to incidents, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
