Responsibilities :
Respond promptly and professionally to online sales leads via email, phone, text, and chatConvert internet inquiries into dealership appointments and vehicle purchasesUse CRM tools to manage, follow up, and track customer interactionsBuild rapport with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needsWork with the in-store sales and finance team to ensure seamless customer experienceStay updated on vehicle inventory, promotions, and product knowledgeAchieving individual and team sales goalsQualifications :
Proven experience in automotive or internet sales is preferred (but not required)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong understanding of online customer engagement and lead generationHighly organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneouslyComfortable working with CRM systems and digital toolsSelf-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
