Senior Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is a regional construction leader delivering successful projects for local clients with a focus on K-12 and higher education, commercial office, mixed-use and hospitality . They offer an exciting opportunity, stability, and growth plan for the right person. They are looking to add a Senior Project Manager for 3+ story urban commercial, university or hospitality buildings. This company is big enough to do complex projects yet small enough where everyone is rewarded for their personal accomplishments.

Project Manager Requirements :

• At least 12 years’ experience building multistory commercial, K-12, higher education, or hospitality.
• Degree preferred.
• Team player with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent architect, engineer and subcontractor relationships.
