Job descriptionPrepare and manage project schedules. Oversee contract administration, including terms, documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Complete monthly status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments. Ensure project safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and client satisfaction. Assist with preconstruction planning and manage the buy-out process. Address constructability issues and ensure seamless project design execution.
