About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead patient care operations within University Hospital. This role oversees approximately 80 staff members across 18 OR suites. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with exposure to management in a union environment preferred.

Position Summary :

The Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and evaluating patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis. This includes :
