POSITION TITLE

Data Product Owner Leader

YOUR ROLE

As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class data solutions that customer and internal users deserve - now and in the future. You will be leading one to two other data product owners including HR responsibilities. You will have overall responsibility for all data products.

The Data Product Owner is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for maximizing the value of data products across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product managers, IT, and business stakeholders-to identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increasing the usefulness of data with best-in-class dashboards and reporting, AI and ML capabilities, and other methods that increase the business value using data. As the owner of the data product vision and roadmap, you will translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

The base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $ 120,000 up to the maximum of $200,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 15% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
