About the Role

How you will contribute

• Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and / or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
• Update trailer report and Team Board.
• Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
• Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
• Other duties as assigned.
