The Float Pool - Emergency Department Float Pool Nurse is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for delivering emergency medical care to patients in the Emergency Department of both Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

This role requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to providing the best care to patients in acute medical situations. As a member of the ED Float Pool , you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their most urgent moments. • Full-time; 36hrs per week

Who Can Apply? New graduate RNs welcome!

• (No prior experience needed-training provided!)
• Associate degree in nursing accepted (must enroll in a BSN / MSN program within 1 year and complete within 5 years).
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license (or eligibility).
• BLS CPR certification required.

Salary Range : Minimum $38.49 / visit - Maximum $59.66 / visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
