This skilled nursing facility has a 300 square foot gym with NuStep, parallel bars, stairs, therapy mat, and various weights. The facility also has a resident garden area.

Requirements :

• Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California
• Setting : 93-bed 5 Star skilled nursing facility
• Open to Part-Time and PRN options
• Flex schedule options available
• Full-Time Wage Range : $36 - $39 per hour, based on experience
