The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Services Coordinator to be the essential link between our clients and our high-performing creative team. You will streamline workflows, manage client communications, and ensure our Creative Director and designers can focus on what they do best : creating stunning work that drives results.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate creative projects from brief to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder communications
• Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, feedback coordination, and expectation management
• Ensure quality control by reviewing deliverables against brand guidelines and technical specifications
• Identify and design process improvements to maximize creative team efficiency and client satisfaction
