This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm; no call
• Required Cases : Orthopedics, Complex Vascular, Head / Spine / Neurology, Pediatrics, Regional Blocks
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
• Care Team model
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
• Indiana License required or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLCC)
