Primary Responsibilities

The Regional Quality Assurance Supervisor will be onsite in our distribution centers, partnering closely with local operations teams to identify issues, root cause errors, and implement corrective actions that mitigate risk. In addition, this role will train operations leaders on how to conduct effective coaching and feedback sessions with their front-line associates, ensuring consistent communication and accountability at every level.
