Prosperity Home Mortgage is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Sales Coordinator
Under the direct supervision of a Branch Manager, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support to Home Mortgage Consultants and / or Branch or Sales Managers.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Performs filing, typing, data entry and various other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager
- Assists Mortgage Consultant with marketing efforts to ensure continued flow of business, including preparing marketing materials, identifying customer prospects, and identifying market trends
- Answers inquiries concerning the processing of their loan from customers on behalf of the Mortgage Consultant or Branch Manager
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 plus years experience in the mortgage industry, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
- Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software a plus
- Ability to travel within the local area to assist Mortgage Consultant and Branch Manager as needed; must be able to provide own transportation
