Responsibilities

As a NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program / Project Manager (RFC), you will be the primary point of contact for all RFC-related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify RFCs to ensure alignment with ExServ's goals and objectives. Your primary responsibilities include :

• Coordination and Management of RFCs : Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs, coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns
• Attend RFC Related meeting to include pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs
• Facilitate RFC review and approval processes
• Review and Validation : Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency
• Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives
• Identify and address potential issues or concerns
• Documentation and Tracking : Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation
• Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress
• Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams
• Analysis and Improvement : Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency
• Develop strategies to improve the RFC process
