Contractor Program Manager (CPM) - The CPM is required to have no less
than seven years' experience working with fellowship programs, five
years' experience working with DoD organizations, and bachelor's degree
in a science or engineering discipline.
Salary between $105K to $120K based on qualifications

- Proven experience in program or project management with a strong understanding of time management principles.
- Strong skills in requirements management, cost control, change management, vendor management, and project scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
