Lead Product Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the vision, product strategy, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the full design process from user research to UI design

Collaborate with product and engineering to set tactical goals and long-term product vision

Lead user research initiatives and mentor a team of product designers

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading design teams in a product-driven B2B SaaS environment

5+ years of experience working on end-to-end design projects

Proven experience with complex design problems and systems

Ability to understand and visualize complex systems

Experience in challenging the status quo and drawing inspiration from various sources
