Key Responsibilities

Define and own key performance metrics related to client success, latency, activation, and retention

Build comparative metrics against competitors to ensure superior outcomes

Develop monitoring systems to detect issues and improve routing and optimization in collaboration with engineering teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Previous engineering background is required (ex-developer or integration engineer)

2+ years of experience in a product management role with ownership of outcomes in B2B SaaS or infrastructure

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and experience with developer-first products

Analytical fluency with strong SQL skills and proficiency in observability tools
