Overview Position Summary: Under the supervision of a Clinical Social Worker, this position is currently seeking case Managers to support clients serviced at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles’ Community Mental Health Center (UCEDD), a specialty mental health clinic for children who present with a range of developmental and/or behavioral concerns. Supervised by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Case Mangers will be assisting with triaging, monitoring, assessing, advocating and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals at UCEDD. Case manager will follow up clients/families to assist with community resources, IEP’s, Special Education, Regional Center, ABA, Legal Services, Conservatorship, Housing, Transportation, Immigration, MH referrals, Food banks, obtaining documentation from community agencies, coordinating care with other agencies ect. Bilingual Spanish Preferred. Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience providing case management or clinical services to clinical services to children and youth. Experience in working with diverse populations preferred. Education/Licensure/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree required and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Pay Scale Information USD $38,272.00 - USD $65,062.40 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
