Position Overview :

The Director will report to the VP of SEC Reporting and is responsible for the preparation of the worldwide consolidation, financial statements, and all SEC filings. The role oversees the completeness and accuracy of external reporting across the organization. The successful candidate will establish relationships across multiple business segments and provide the necessary data, presentation, and analysis aimed at driving brand recognition for RBI to the investor community.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for preparation quarterly and annual consolidation of Global Financial results
• Responsible for the preparation, review and filing of the Form 10-Q and 10-K
• Responsible for researching and communicating SEC reporting disclosure guidance and peer reporting analysis
• Participate in special projects
