Key Responsibilities
Facilitates process design discussions and collaborates with the training lead team to prioritize training needs
Develops training documentation and manages the delivery of training programs to meet deadlines
Recruits and trains training specialists, coordinates training schedules, and oversees quality assurance monitoring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
Experience in training and process design, particularly in a project-based or client-service environment
Ability to lead and develop teams effectively
Proficiency in PC technology and standard office applications
