CentiMark Corporation is hiring for a Sales Development Representative in our Houston, TX location! This role is paying $70K-80K base compensation, plus a lucrative Commission and Bonus plan.
The ideal candidate we’re pursuing to hire is a ball of fire when it comes to making and maintaining social connections. You are a people magnet and thrive on relationships. As an added bonus, you will be on the front line to represent CentiMark at area customer events, networking organizations, trade conferences, community and charity events. You will be our eyes and ears that generate new business opportunities for our Sales Team to nurture.
Candidate Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience - Required
- Experience in roofing or construction preferred
- Perform travel (including overnight) as needed
- Ability to ascend ladders and perform work at elevated positions
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or related field – highly preferred
- Good relationship building skills
- Excellent Follow-up Skills
- Must be well organized with solid time management skills
- Strong communication & writing skills
- Current & valid Driver’s License

Research and call on targeted potential clientsMarket CentiMark’s features, benefits, and success stories through such platforms as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter)Call to set appointments for introduction meetingsOrganize customer and business development events for each office in the South Central RegionFollow up on old as well as existing proposals with new and older clientsResearch market dynamics and industries to help form effective business development programsJoin and get involved in appropriate networking organizations such as BOMA, NAIOP, IFMA, Hospital Engineering, etc in order to communicate our unique service offeringsOrganize and participate in select trade shows that fit our customer profilePerform joint calls with various Regional Sales staffCross-coordinate business development other CentiMark Sales Teams as appropriate to target and develop mutual opportunities / CustomersAttain monthly activity goals set by Regional Sales ManagementLearn and gain proficiency in all responsibilities associated with a Regional Sales rolePremier Benefits :
