Job Description : Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Linux Systems Administrator to support and maintain our Linux infrastructure. You will manage servers, virtual environments, networking, and provide technical support to internal users. No degree required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Manage and troubleshoot NFS servers and clients
• Automate system tasks using shell scripting (Bash, Python) or tools like Ansible
• Deploy, manage, and monitor virtual machines (VMware, KVM, etc.)
• Configure and maintain network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
• Monitor network performance, resolve connectivity issues, and implement firewall / security policies
• Provide responsive technical support and clear communication to users and teams
• Document procedures and create user guides
• Apply system updates, security patches, and ensure compliance
• Monitor logs and respond to security alerts
• Manage backup solutions, ensure data integrity, and develop disaster recovery plans

The expected salary / wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education / training, and / or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. USD Annual Salary : $106,000.00 - $243,000.00
