As a Financial Analyst on the Finance Team , you will report directly to the Finance Manager and will play a critical role in providing dedicated support to the Client Team organization. This role blends sponsor pricing with business unit reporting and analytics. The Analyst will collaborate closely with functional leaders and senior finance partners to conduct pricing analysis, monitor financial performance, and support revenue forecasting.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter, with a high level of professionalism that will enable our team to address complex business questions - primarily related to sponsor pricing and analytics as well as business unit performance and compensation reporting. As a service organization, this is a critical area of focus to help achieve our long-term goals.

Responsibilities :

• Proactively deliver standard reporting analyses that seek to improve financial performance and evolve the distribution model.
• Respond to analytic inquiries regarding business trends and opportunities
• Provide insights and summaries in clear and concise documents that provoke discussion and drive action.
• Develop insightful reporting to help leaders better understand performance, areas of opportunity, and drive outcomes.
• Partner with the Business Intelligence group to automate key reports.
• Work with Financial Models and Pricing Models.

Requirements :

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $60,600 to $80,700. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
