Position Overview :

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to support business initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in financial modeling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses

Assist in developing key performance indicators and dashboards

Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling

Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reports

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a mid-size or enterprise business environment

Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, or Power BI) is a plus

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)
