In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a focus on Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modules. As a key technical leader, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, architecting integrated solutions that drive organizational success.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Fusion applications, coupled with strong enterprise architecture acumen and proven leadership in solution design. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape enterprise-level solutions while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead strategic initiatives for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules implementation, focusing on Financial, Procurement, and Project solutions that drive business transformationPartner with key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant Oracle Fusion solutions that optimize operational efficiencyDesign and implement robust financial system configurations leveraging Oracle Fusion best practices to enhance process automationDrive continuous improvement through hands-on configuration, testing, and innovative problem-solving of Oracle Fusion modulesArchitect specialized solutions for construction industry requirements, with expertise in job costing, project billing, and project management workflowsSpearhead the development of seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party platforms using cutting-edge tools like OIC, REST APIs, and modern middleware solutionsBuild and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable integrations and comprehensive reporting solutionsCreate impactful business insights through advanced reporting capabilities using OTBI, BI Publisher and other analytics platformsOrchestrate and optimize integration ecosystems between Oracle Fusion and construction-specific software, payroll systems, and banking platformsChampion data governance initiatives to ensure highest standards of data quality and system performanceDrive architectural excellence in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, providing strategic oversight for transformational initiativesLead cross-functional teams in defining and executing project roadmaps that deliver measurable business valueBuild and manage strategic relationships with technology partners and vendors to maximize system capabilitiesEnable organizational success through comprehensive documentation, architectural leadership, and engaging training programsContribute to additional strategic initiatives as needed to support business growthREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in finance systems support, with a strong background in ERP and accounting systemsStrong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Project Management modulesTechnical aptitude with proven ability to support complex finance systemsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related fieldTECHNICAL EXPERTISE:Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and modern middleware solutionsExperience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud security configurationsExperience implementing cloud-based ERP solutions in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with data models and integration architecturesADDITIONAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Application Express (APEX)Knowledge of cloud security best practices and SOC compliance requirementsFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Python, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom solutionsSOFT SKILLS:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiativesSolid understanding of financial processes and project managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Cloud ERP certifications (Oracle Cloud Financials, Procurement Cloud, PPM Cloud)Experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML in ERP systemsExperience with cloud-native development and microservices architecture
