Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Supervisor

Salary Range : $51.47 – $71.25 / hour

Requirements to apply

• Current CA RN license and BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
• At least 1 year of RN clinical experience and 1 year in behavioral health
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Join our team in El Cajon, CA as a full-time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Supervisor — lead clinical nursing staff, oversee behavioral health and addiction treatment programs, and provide patient-centered mental health services in a Monday–Friday role.

Job Overview

As the Behavioral Health RN Supervisor, you'll lead and support a dedicated clinical team delivering essential behavioral health and substance use services. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, provide direct patient care (50% of your time), conduct triage and assessments, and ensure seamless coordination among providers. Your leadership will help drive quality improvement, staff development, and patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment.
