Federal Brief Writer Attorney

Overview

Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced federal brief writer to work on mass tort and class actions cases currently active in various stages in federal venues. This role is in our Complex Litigation practice group, based in the Seaport District in lower Manhattan, New York. Our team of top-notch brief writing attorneys will work on news-making, high-profile litigation matters across the country.

Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Draft federal briefings for mass tort and class actions in federal venues.
• Collaborate with the Complex Litigation practice group on news-making matters across the country.
• Contribute to high-quality briefs through strong research and writing skills.

Salary Range : $200,000 USD - $250,000 USD
