Position Overview
We're seeking a Full-Time Business Office Manager / Billing Liaison to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll oversee billing and collections processes, support new admissions, and ensure accurate, transparent communication with residents and families regarding financial responsibilities.
Your work directly impacts our residents' experience and the overall success of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all facility collections, including private pay, co-pays, and share-of-cost payments
Receive and process payments (cash or checks) from residents and families
Set up payment plans for residents with outstanding balances
Ensure insurance information is accurate, verified, and updated as needed
Assist with new admissions by confirming insurance coverage and facility acceptance
Communicate clearly with residents and families about billing timelines and copay expectations
Maintain accurate financial records and collaborate closely with corporate billing teams
