Job Responsibilities
- Quote and bind homeowners insurance policies.
- Respond to all client communications in a timely manner via phone or email.
- Prioritize and bring successful resolution to all outstanding items (quotes, signatures for application, delivery of newly bound policies, etc).
- Process policy endorsements and changes.
- Communicate with insureds about renewals, policy changes, etc.
- Update agency management system to ensure accurate, current client information.
- Will consider captive insurance experience for the right candidate.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Skills
- License : Property & Casualty (FL)
- Areas of Expertise : Policy Administration, Flood / Wind / Hail, Homeowners & Renters, Personal Liability / Personal Umbrella, Policy Review
- Management & Rating Systems : Zywave will train (if needed)
- Computer Skills : MS Outlook, DocuSign, MS Excel
- Languages : English
