A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone to ensure timely issue resolution
Educate members on spending account products and IRS regulations to maximize usage
Maintain accurate information in accordance with inquiry accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required; associate's degree preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
One to two years of customer service experience is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, and Windows operating systems
Must have a secure and distraction-free work environment at home
