Work Schedule : First Shift (Days) Environmental Conditions : Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Loud Noises (Equipment / Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Position Summary
The Leadership Academy Program Manager will lead the implementation, coordination, and sustainment of the Leadership Academyan enterprise initiative designed to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. This role ensures alignment with Company development frameworks, site leadership, and functional teams while driving disciplined project execution and continuous improvement. As the central program manager, you will orchestrate efforts between site leadership, functional leaders, and external partners to engage the network in existing leadership frameworks, tools, and learning solutions, ensuring they are effectively applied and measured for impact.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in program / project management, ideally leading enterprise-wide initiatives. Familiarity with leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or talent management programs. Strong analytical, organizational, and the ability to translate strategy into action. Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Power BI).
