Program Manager
Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh are part of Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS), delivering quality food and innovative shopping experiences to customers across multiple brands and channels. Our integrated marketing operations team supports both brands in creating impactful marketing initiatives at scale. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of omnichannel marketing plans for large-scale programs. This role is critical in optimizing our marketing channel planning processes and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple large-scale planning cycles alongside smaller requests, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively and maintain high-quality outputs across various project scales.
Key Job Responsibilities
Lead and ensure successful delivery of program channel plans aligned with Marketing quarterly priorities and WFM goals
Cultivate relationships with all channels (Signage, Site Merchandising, Onsite, Paid Media, Social & Influencer, and Email) to understand their processes and facilitate support of the upfront planning process
Identify and mitigate risks to Marketing programs, recommending and implementing contingency plans
Prepare and organize Monthly Marketing Kickoff decks
