The community is searching for Nurses to provide care in the skilled nursing facility.

The Health Center at the Renaissance has a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Hiring : full-time and part-time 1st Shift, full-time and part-time 2nd Shift

• 6 : 00a.m. - 6 : 00p.m.
• 6 : 00p.m. - 6 : 00a.m.+ Shift Differential!

Perks of our team :

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met, complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administer direct resident care including medication and communicate with the resident's family about changes in conditions.
