Project Coordinator- Travel Required

Louis metro area since 1977. Specializing in windows, doors, baths, showers, sunrooms, decks, roofing, siding & more. Jacob has two showrooms located in Fairview Heights, IL, and Fenton, MO.

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Fairview Heights, IL. The Project Manager will oversee and manage home improvement projects, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely project completion. Daily tasks include planning, scheduling, expediting resources, inspection, and client interaction, with a core focus on creating lifelong customers by delivering the best home improvement experience, The Jacob Way!

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.

Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
