Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home and in community settings, following individualized BCBA-designed plans

Track and record behavioral data with precision after each session

Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure quality care and consistent progress.

Participate in ongoing training and skill-building sessions to grow professionally

A high school graduate or equivalent

Enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children

Patient, dependable, and eager to learn

Committed to a minimum six-month engagement

Open to completing 40-hour RBT training (unpaid)

Competitive hourly pay (exact rate based on experience)
