Role

As Performance Marketing Lead, you'll literally transform and save lives by building an AI-driven acquisition engine that fuels Mindbloom's next stage of growth, combining creative innovation, data-driven investment, and disciplined CAC management. By transforming how we reach and inspire new clients, you'll directly help millions of people access safe, effective, and transformational mental health care.

Accelerate access to transformative care by doubling net-new clients in 6 months and 5x'ing in 18. All while driving sustainable growth that brings life-changing treatment to more people, faster.

Build a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, delivering 8-12 new concepts each month and uncovering the messages, formats, and visuals that compel action and inspire healing.

Own new channel discovery and validation, launching a prioritized testing roadmap and converting high-signal experiments into acquisition engines that meaningfully expand access to life-changing care.

You continuously evaluate channel and creative performance, triangulating across data sources to see true ROI, and reallocating spend dynamically. Given Mindbloom's funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $220,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
