Responsibilities :
- Own responsibility for a $750K annual sales target.
- Manage a complex sales cycle while coordinating with cross-functional internal teams.
- Establish inbound lead requirements to meet outlined sales objectives.
- Maintain transparency regarding the sales pipeline at every developmental stage.
- Identify promising prospects via cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market performance to gain insights into customer preferences.
- Engage with new and current accounts to cultivate a robust pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and key value drivers to identify growth opportunities and provide feedback on potential solution enhancements.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in the US market, ideally within a Media Analytics, Product / Consulting, or Market Research setting.Willingness to travel frequently within the US.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Functional expertise in media monitoring, social media insights, measurement, and research services.Self-motivated and resourceful business development professional with a consultative sales approach.Experience in pitching and closing deals at the C-suite level (VP / CMO / CCO).Strong leadership capabilities, along with sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.Demonstrated ability to drive the entire sales process from strategic planning through to closure.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business; MBA preferred.We are unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
