Job Title : Paid Media Strategist

Job Summary :

Our company is seeking a Paid Media Strategist with 2-4 years of experience in driving revenue using Google, Bing, Native Display Ads, SEO, SEM and selling on 3rd party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a budget and managing spending across various digital marketing channels, executing consumer-centric strategies and plans for driving demand, engagement, and conversion through owned, earned, and paid digital channels.

They will be expected to measure performance, optimize spend, and share actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans that leverage owned, earned, and paid channels, including brand websites, search, video, content, SEO, programmatic, and referral programs.

Manage budgets and allocate spending across digital marketing channels to maximize ROI and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Create and manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Native Display Ads, and 3rd party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart.

Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and improve campaign performance.

Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners, including agencies and vendors, to maximize campaign results and expand reach.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing campaigns, budgets, and reports.

Improve SEO and SEM rankings.

Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Strong knowledge of Google, Bing, Native Display Ads, SEO, SEM and 3rd party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart.

Demonstrated experience in driving revenue and meeting or exceeding KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.

2+ years of experience selling on 3rd party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret and act on data to optimize campaigns.

Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
